They arrived right on time and were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment they arrived. My fiancé and I both work from home, and despite living in a one-bedroom apartment, they were so thoughtful about working around us. We got the deep clean service and had Maria and Samaria, who did an amazing job! They arrived right on time, spent over 3.5 hours cleaning and it is really sparkling, they were extremely detail oriented, every small space was cleaned. I had no issues whatsoever. I asked her specifically to give some attention to my kitchen cabinets and they look absolutely WONDERFUL, brand stinkin’ new. AAAAND It looks like I got a brand new stove. SO IMPRESSED. I requested the company to give her all the money in the world and tell her how great she is. Communication with the company has been excellent—very responsive and accommodating, and rescheduling was easy and seamless. Mercedes does an outstanding job with our apartment; the attention to detail really shows (no streaks on the mirrors!). I’m meticulous when it comes to cleanliness, and I love the hotel-like touches - neatly tucked beds and even origami on the toilet paper roll. Kimberly Oser281 days agoWow. I don’t even have the words to adequately express what a life altering job Thalia and Evelyn did on my 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. I was sick for a few months and to say I fell behind on cleaning is an understatement. I got the “deep cleaning” service and wow! The result is beyond what I dreamed was possible. It’s been 5 days and I’m still discovering more areas they got to that I hadn’t even thought of. My fridge sparkles, my showers shine. AND they did the most incredible job not just cleaning but also tidying the landfill that is my teenage daughter’s room. But it was done with such precise care that she can still find where everything is! I can’t say enough nice things about this team. I just feel better and lighter in my living space. I first came across Cleanzilla when we were looking for a cleaning service to do a deep clean of our tenants' apartment before our new tenants moved in. Jonathan sent a highly capable team of two, and Jonathan stayed in touch with me throughout via text and photos of appliances, etc. whenever there was a question about what I needed. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, and I have never seen the apartment look so sparkling and inviting, including the stairs that lead up to it. This fall, I turned again to Cleanzilla to see if I could get some regular light housekeeping help during the week. Jen started helping us out this week, and I couldn't be happier. She is so kind and easy to be around (I am often working from home in the mornings), intelligent, and thorough. Jen has easily and efficiently followed my primary requests, which are getting the kitchen back in "first position" so that I can easily start making dinner when the kids get home, and folding the mountains of clean laundry that our family generates. She vacuums and mops the kitchen/living room floor, and even made my kids' beds and put away the spill of Lego pieces on my son's floor without my even asking. This morning they apologetically let us know that one of the scheduled cleaners had called out (a rarity) and asked if we were ok with just one cleaner coming (at a reduced price than the deep clean). The cleaner was right on time and this lady GOT IT DONE. The moldings are wiped, my bathroom doesn’t smell like pee (I live with two boys- don’t judge), and our fridge is cleaned. Our home is cleaned regularly and kept relatively tidy, so I was looking for a deep clean that will really get into the areas of the home I have no time to upkeep (crevices of the kitchen, trashcans, etc). Other services we hired in the past did an ok job with general cleaning, but Rosa and Guadalupe truly went above and beyond. Their work on the kitchen specifically was phenomenal. So I requested a deep cleaning. Cleanzilla sent Estefania, Guadalupe and Paulina and they were absolutely phenomenal. My apartment looks amazing, they got into all the nooks and crannies and I am not finding any dust anywhere. My bathrooms almost look like they were re-grouted. Their communication is out of this world — from the moment we clicked “submit” on the booking form, they were in touch and on top of things, including throughout the clean itself. Our cleaner Jen went above and beyond — the corners and cracks she managed to de-gross were 🙌 We live in an older apartment and it has been a challenge to really get in there and make things feel clean…now? They’re so thorough - our place was spotless and they get the grime and dust out of all the little nooks and crannies (after construction!). They take so much pride in their work and even leave you a little treat with a toilet paper/tissue design. They will tidy anything. And they’re very prompt to arrive. I filled out their online form to request a quote for a Deep Cleaning Service and someone called right away to help me figure out the best options for me. They booked me right away and sent a team of professionals to clean my apartment in a few hours. They cleaned areas of my apartment that are often neglected by other cleaning services we’ve used in the past. They even organized my kids’ toys! They cleaned our home thoroughly and didn’t miss anything. I had a prior experience with a cleaning person who just did surface cleaning and could’t deliver quality work . Moreover I believe this person stole from me. I was hesitant to try another service. After speaking with Lucas he was able to supply a certificate of insurance to give me peace of mind. Cleanzilla sent me a team who are not only super thorough and impressive, they were all so kind and sympathetic to my severe allergies. We had an initial cleaning with Jennifer and Geomayra, both of whom were very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our apartment. They followed our instructions without a hitch. We now have weekly cleaning service with Geomayra, who is so nice and very thorough and detail-oriented. We appreciate the added touches in our bathrooms that give the place a hospitality-like feel. The owners Jonathan and Ana are very responsive over text and we even get helpful text reminders about upcoming cleaning appointments. Keep up the great work Cleanzilla!
